How to create audio transcript
Ezen az oldalon meg lehet ismerni a video hang alámondás (transcript) fogalmát, és azt, hogyan lehet jó video hang alámondást készíteni. Az oldal bemutatja az Ozeki Robot Developer termék text to speech engine-jét és azt, hogy miként lehet azt használni írott szöveg felolvastatására. Mi az a transcript
A hagyományos filmezésben a transcript az a szöveg, amit a színészek felmondanak a film forgatásakor. Élő video esetén transcriptnek nevezik a video szövegének az utólagos leiratát.
A transcript az Ozeki-ben az a szöveg, ami a video hangsávja lesz. A transcriptet használva egy narrátor elmondja, hogy mit látunk a képen. A transcript-et az Ozekiben gyakran video hangalámondásnak is nevezzük.
Mi alapján írunk transcriptet
Minden video-hoz egy külön transcriptet írunk. A transcript megírása előtt érdemes a video áttekintő oldalon megnézni egy tipikus video felépítését. A transcripthez a transcript header-ben definiált tartalomból kell kiindulni, valamint meg kell nézni magát a clip-et, amihez írjuk a transcriptet.
A transcript header-t az oldal csatolmány listájából lehet letölteni. A transcript header fájl neve: youtube-header-5189-part1-download.txt. Ebben a névben az 5189 az oldalszámot, a part1 a video sorszámát, a download szó pedig a video tartalmát azonosítja.
Fontos: Mielőtt megkezdjük a munkát le kell tölteni a transcript header-t és meg kell nézni a video-t.
Hogyan kell jó transcripttet írni
A transcriptet részekben írjuk meg. Minden video alkotó elem önálló transcriptet kap, így külön szövegrészt írunk az opening slide-hoz, a clip starter slide-hoz, magához a cliphez és a záró slide-hoz is.
A transcript írásánál, jellemzően rövid egyszerű mondatokkal dolgozunk, hogy az automata szöveg felolvasó el tudjon vele boldogulni. Minden 4.-5. mondat esetén összetett mondatot is be lehet tenni, hogy természetesebb legyen a szöveg. Az összetett mondatoknak azonban nem szabad túl bonyolultnak lennie.
Ha azt szeretnénk, hogy a szöveg felolvasó várjon a következő mondat előtt, a [wait 1000] címkét kell betenni a szövegbe. Az 1000 azt mondja, hogy 1 másodpercet (1000 millisecond) várjon. (Az 1000 szám változtatható, kisebb szám rövidebb szünetet, nagyobb szám, hosszabb szünetet fog eredményezni.) Mivel a szövegrész képhez történő rendezése a video vágási folyamat része, ezért a transcript írásnál mindenhol a [wait 1000]-et használunk, és ebben a fázisban nem foglalkozunk azzal, hogy a felolvasás elcsúszhat a video tartalmától.
Hogyan tegyünk be URL-t a transcript-be
Ha url-t akarunk felolvastatni, akkor elhagyjuk a http:// és a www. előtagot. Csak a domain
nevet mondjuk. A domain név végén a .com helyett azt írjuk, hogy "dot com".

Hogyan írjunk rövidítéseket
A rövidítéseket, mint például azt, hogy SMS, HTTP csupa nagy betűvel kell beírni. A rövidítések számát lehetőleg tartsuk alacsonyan. Az SMS helyett időnként lehet text message-et mondani a http helyett meg azt, hogy web.
Fontos, hogy mivel sms technológiát reklámozunk, az SMS az egyetlen olyan rövidítés, ahol engedélyezett és bátorított a gyakori használat.

Mennyiségi előírás
Jellemzően 10-15 másodpercenként kell egy mondatot írni. Egy 60 másodperces video-ra jellemzően 4-6 mondat jut.
Az audio transcriptet a megírás után fel kell olvastatni és le kell mérni, hogy mennyi ideig olvassa a gép. Ha a hanganyag hosszabb mint a clip, akkor át kell írni, hogy rövidebb legyen.
Statikus tartalomnál (slide-hoz tarozó szöveg), nem kell az audio hosszával foglalkozni, ott a video szerkesztő majd tovább tartja kint a slide-ot.
Hogyan kell meghallgatni a transcriptet
Fel kell telepíteni az Ozeki Robot Developert és be kell állítani a text to speech kapcsolatot rajta. Ehhez az alábbi linken találunk útmutatót:

A transcript-et az Ozeki Robot Developer text to speech engine-jével lehet tehát felolvastatni. Fontos, hogy Microsfot Edge Browser-t használjunk mivel ott elérhetők a Microsoft Natural hangok. A javasolt felolvasó legyen a "Microsoft Guy (natural)".
A transcript írásánál kritikus az, hogy a szöveg felolvasó szépen fel tudja olvasni. Ennek érdekében már az írás során gyakran be kell tenni a szöveget a felolvasóba és meghallgatni, hogy elboldogul-e vele.
Formai megkötések
A transcript írásánál egy .txt fájlt kell készíteni. A txt fájlban minden mondat külön sorban kezdődjön. Minden mondat végére pontot kell tenni. Ha várakozást teszünk be a [wait 1000] parancs, is külön sor legyen.
Minden video-hoz pontosan egy transcript fájlt készítünk
Fájlnév formátum
A fájlnév a youtube-transcript prefixxel indul, ezt követi az oldalszám és a part száma, majd a video egy szavas tartalmi meghatározása.
